In 2000 Martin co-founded Arc Inspirations and set up the first of its 19 sites. He has a fantastic passion for the industry and his energy is contagious, proving to be an outstanding respected leader over the past 30 years.

Under Martin's leadership, Arc Inspirations has successfully developed and expanded three core brands: Manahatta, Banyan, and BOX. These brands now have a national presence, with sites across the country, and a recent expansion into Edinburgh.

In recognition of the company's achievements, Arc Inspirations won two prestigious national awards at the 2022 Publican Awards: Best Managed Pub Company and Best Operations Team.
