Ethan was born above a pub and he and his sister Jordan grew up around food and travelling. Ethan spent his youth washing up in their parents’ pub kitchen until heading to university in Leeds where he read Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies and spent holidays eating his way around the Middle East and North Africa. After a short stint working in London post university, the draw of pulling pints and eating great food became too much and returned to the South West.
