Ricardo has over 14 years of experience in hospitality. His past projects include openings of Pop Brixton, Vinegar Yard, Casa Do Frango and The Collective F&B. Prior to working in London, Ricardo was at the Yeatman Hotel, Porto and the Sheraton New York, Times Square.

Currently Ricardo Leads KG Hospitality as Co Managing Director. They have built the brand Amazing Grace that has grown to two sites in London , with plans for a third.

Their most recent project is The Dial-Home of Meantime, a collaboration with Meantime Brewery in Greenwich.
