Co-owner and founder of Pivovar Group: Multi-site bar operator with a nationwide beer and drinks wholesale division.

Having been classically trained as Brew Master in the Czech Republic and inspired by traditional Pilsen and Bavarian lager brewing techniques we most recently commissioned a large bespoke BrauKon Lager brewery in York where we brew Mittel Pils. This lager was awarded Supreme Champion Beer at the International Brewing Awards.

As a joint venture with Thornbridge Brewery we established Thornbridge and Co, which in addition to the existing sites will see the addition of three more bars in London, Sheffield and Hull during 2025.
