Philip Cutter, is the owner of the award winning, Norwich City Centre Free House, The Gardeners Arms, better known locally by it's gruesome nickname of 'The Murderers' Philip has worked at this independently owned, family run pub since the age of just 15, starting as a 'pot-boy' 1987, eventually taking over the business entirely with his wife Sherie in 2023.
